Ferry Island is the final phase of the £600m Heart of Hale regeneration in Tottenham Hale — one of North London's most significant residential-led transformation projects. The development delivers 484 homes across two buildings, one rising to 38 storeys, alongside ground-floor retail, shared amenity space and a cinema.
UD BIM delivered information management and COBie data preparation for the project's handover stage. We structured and validated the asset information to ISO 19650 and COBie requirements, and coordinated delivery through the project's common data environment — giving the client a clean, standards-compliant information set for operation and FM handover.
