What We Do

End-to-End BIM Process Management

We run the BIM function on your project — from establishing the BEP and information requirements at project outset through to QA/QC, audit and ISO 19650 close-out. One accountable senior resource managing the digital process across your entire project team.

This includes multidiscipline coordination and systematic clash detection: bringing structural, architectural and MEP models together in Navisworks or Solibri, managing the issue resolution process, and ensuring all information leaves the CDE in a controlled, auditable state.

The Challenge

BIM without a manager creates information debt

Without a dedicated BIM manager, naming conventions drift, CDEs become disorganised, coordination issues go unresolved, and ISO 19650 compliance falls on whoever has the time — which is rarely anyone.

What We Deliver

Senior-led, process-driven BIM management

One experienced BIM manager embedded in your project — maintaining the BEP, running the CDE, coordinating all disciplines, resolving clashes, and delivering clean information at every milestone.

Scope of Work

What UD BIM Delivers

  • BIM Execution Plan (BEP) authoring and maintenance
  • Information Requirements (EIR / AIR / PIR) review and compliance
  • CDE setup, management and access control
  • ISO 19650 naming conventions and metadata standards
  • Multidiscipline coordination — structural, architectural, MEP
  • Systematic clash detection and issue resolution (Navisworks / Solibri)
  • QA / QC reviews at each project milestone
  • Coordination meeting facilitation and action tracking
  • ISO 19650 audit support and close-out documentation
Why Senior-Led Matters

BIM management is a strategic function, not a data-entry task. UD BIM's lead is a civil/structural engineer and BSI ISO 19650 Professional — so decisions are made with engineering judgement, not just process compliance. That means fewer coordination errors reaching site, and information your downstream teams can actually use.
